Cookson Land Surveying’s owner Scott Cookson is a highly skilled Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with over 14 years of local experience in all aspects of Land Surveying, Resource Management and Land Development Engineering.

Our office is based in Mosgiel however we regularly travel to all areas within Dunedin, Clutha & Maniototo. We consider all projects in Otago and Southland.

Dunedin City
All areas within the Dunedin City boundaries, this includes Dunedin & all suburbs, the Taieri (Mosgiel, Outram, Henley & Middlemarch), Waitati/Waikouaiti to the north and all townships and rural areas in between
Clutha District
All areas within the Clutha District; including Balclutha, Milton, Waihola, Lawrence, Tapanui, Clinton and south to Owaka & the Catlins. We cover all rural and urban areas, and are well equipped to undertake surveys in remote areas
Maniototo
We cover all the Maniototo, including Ranfurly, Naseby, Waipiata, Patearoa through to Omakau, the Ida Valley and all rural areas. We also cover some areas of the Lower Waitaki including Palmerston.
